HR Assistant
His/Her responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring employment contracts are up to date
• Coordinating entry and leaving process,
• HR systems - managing database, delivering reports & updates in HR documents
• Support the HR Manager’s work
• Organize the bus transportation for employee
• Monitoring the working hours of employee and timesheets
• Making any other Administrative works

Requirements:
• 1 year experience in a related area
• University / College degree, ideally in HR studies or Economics,
• Fluency in English is a must
• Ability for Administrative work
• Reliable software user knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Power Point)
